Our kids aren’t perfect. I won’t even pretend they are. Tonight, though, our daughter said something that has me beaming.
“My brother was so cute that I started to cry, Daddy. We’re so blessed that he’s in our family.”
I’m trying to figure out where that came from. She is an amazingly loving and caring child normally, but this takes the cake. I can’t help but wonder if our lack of television creates an environment where this type of love between siblings can more easily be fostered.
I don’t know. We got rid of our TV so we could strenghten our marital relationship. Is the lack of digital distraction also strengthening our children’s relationships?
How is your family different without TV? How could your family be different without television in the home?
